What you send us
When you send a quote request, we get your name, mobile, suburb, the jobs you ticked, and any note or email you add. If you used the sky check, its result comes too. We use these to quote the job, ring or text you about it, and book it in.
Your request is stored in the job management system we use to keep track of quotes and bookings. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
How we measure the website
The website counts visits and which pages and buttons get used, such as how many people tap Call or send a quote. It also notes how you found us (for example a Google search) and passes that along with a quote request, so we know what's working. This uses standard analytics tools, which may set cookies. They don't tell us who you are.
